• All rates above are for 6 persons only.  There maybe an additional charge of $30 per person per night based on the entire stay.  The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
• No personal checks are accepted.  ECheck or credit card payments are accepted through Paypal.com. 
• Prices, rates, fees, and availability are subject to change without notice. 
• SECURITY DEPOSIT:  The security deposit is required to insure against any damages in or outside of the house.  By making a reservation you agree to return the house in the same condition in which the home was originally received.   The individual who books the house is 100% completely responsible for any damage that occur to the house, to the house contents, to the outside and surrounding premise, during their stay, including the actions of other guests.  The security deposit will be used to restore the house and it's contents to it's original condition whether through repair or replacement which is to be decided at owner's discretion.   The security deposit will also be used if any part of the house requires any of the following but not limited to extra cleaning, damage to furniture or decor items in or outside the house, misplacement of furniture, misplacement of keys, remote controls, scratches on furniture or TV appliances, crayons or markers on the furniture or walls.
